Jim Carrey starrs as Andy Kaufman, Danny DeVito as his agent George Shapiro and Courtney Love as his girlfriend Lynne. The whole Taxi cast, except of Tony Danza,
also appear in the movie as themselves.
The title, Man on the Moon, is based on the song with the same name by R.E.M..They have also composed the instrumental tunes on the soundtrack.
